About this service
What it actually looks like.
Illness in the family is hard on everyone. Our counsellors offer a confidential space for patients, primary caregivers, partners and children — to say the things that don't get said over tea.
Sessions are held in your home, online, or at our quiet consulting room in Rubaga. We see individuals, couples and families.

FAQs
Questions families ask.
Is it confidential?+
Yes. Nothing leaves the room without your written consent — except in cases of immediate safety risk, where ethics require us to act.
Can I see a counsellor of a specific faith?+
Yes. Tell us during the first call — we have Christian, Muslim and secular counsellors.
