Hospice Care & Visits.
We sit with the family through the hours nobody else has time for.

About this service
What it actually looks like.

Our hospice team also visits patients still receiving care at hospices and hospital wards across Kampala — bringing the steady hand and continuity families ask for.

Is this for you?
Hospice Care & Visits is right for you if…
A family member has been diagnosed with a serious or terminal illness
Pain and symptom control at home is becoming unmanageable
The patient wishes to remain at home rather than return to hospital
Your loved one is in a hospice and you want a familiar Moriah carer visiting them too
The family needs respite — even one weekend
How we start
From first call to first visit.
Family meeting
We sit with the patient and family together — to listen, not to brief. We ask what a 'good day' looks like.
Comfort plan
Built around dignity, not protocols. We adjust medications with your physician and equip the home for ease.
Ongoing presence
Visits scaled to need — daily, twice-weekly, or on-call. The plan changes with the illness.
After-care
Our counsellors continue bereavement support for as long as the family wants it.
