How we start
From first call to first visit.
Assessment
First visit is an hour: history, range of motion, pain mapping, goals.
Treatment phase
Sessions 2–3 times a week, tapering as progress allows. Family is taught the exercises.
Maintenance
Monthly check-in once recovery plateaus, to prevent regression.
FAQs
Questions families ask.
How many sessions will I need?+
Honest answer: it depends. Most post-surgical recoveries need 6–12 weeks. Chronic conditions are ongoing. We'll give you a realistic estimate after the first visit.
